Refund & Return Policy

At Achint Mehta Designs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

      The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

      The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

      The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.

      You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or invoice).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned, including:

      Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale".

      Gift cards.

      Accessories such as jewelry, masks, or lingerie due to hygiene reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to request a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@achintmehta.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include your Order Number, the reason for the return, and photographs of the item if it is damaged or incorrect.
  3. Await Instructions: Our team will review your request. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for the return shipment, which may include arranging a reverse pickup from your address.

4. Return Shipping

      Reverse Pickup: For most serviceable PIN codes, we will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original packaging.

      Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is not available for your location, you will be required to ship the product back to our address in Ludhiana, Punjab. We will provide the full address in our instruction email.

5. Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item at our facility, it will undergo a quality inspection.

      Inspection: We will check to ensure the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

      Processing Time: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow 7 to 14 business days after we have received the product for the refund amount to be credited to your account.

      Refund Method:

      Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to the original source of payment (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, or wallet).

      Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, the refund will be issued via a bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details to us via a secure channel when requested.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The simplest way to get a different size or product is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@achintmehta.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
